Orion Beer Fest 2009

It was her first - and it probably won't be her last. Reina wore her yukata (summer kimono) and watched the Eisa dancers tonight at the Koza Park summer festival. There was "good" festival food and cheap beer. Oh, and cheap tee-shirts, Chris' favorite. We only stayed a little, as we had to get Reina home in time for bed, but we all enjoyed ourselves.

In other news, it looks like we're going to get some land in Yomitan and build a house!

Going Mobile

So, its official. She's mobile! Due to the CRAZY first week, I had to quick shoot some footage and pics this morning, so excuse Reina's pjs. In the video, you can tell that she'd be better if she had a bit more grip, and towards the end, she is trying to stand up despite the lack of friction. On that note, Reina has also mastered pulling herself up, and can be found after nap times not sitting, but standing! She's just getting so big so fast - she just made it to 8 months this Friday.
