Reina went in for her 4 month ck up on Friday. She did pretty much as we expected. The second Chris and I put her down or passed her over she cried. But other than that she was fine. She weighed 14lbs and 12oz (60 percentile) and was 24 inches long (30 percentile). It seems she is already a little on the short side! She got three shots that she did not enjoy. On Saturday she had a slight fever and was much needier than usual. All else was great. The doctor encouraged us to keep her on breastmilk until she is sitting well on her own (which should be around 6 months). I'm hoping to hold off solids until we get back to Oki.
Our summer plans will commence on June 21 in which we will spend a week with my mom in Seoul. Then we'll head to Seattle on the 27. I am taking an AP certification course in Bellevue, so the government will be putting us up in a hotel until July 3. Then we'll visit with the Eastman's in Tacoma thru the 6th. After that we'll be up in Bellingham until about July 18, which we will drive down to Roseburg, OR to spend the remainder of our trip with my Dad. We hope to visit all of our family and friends and introduce Reina (at a distance it seems!!).

Wow lots of travel this summer! You three will be busy. Reina seems to be doing great. How was your banquet?
ReplyDeleteSydney was happy until she got her shots...then screamed like it was nobody's business. Let us know if you want to stay with us when you're in Bham. We have a jumper, bouncer, and swing. If that doesn't work, we have plenty of duct tape. Arrivederci! Joe
